Inter Milan has announced the signing of Spanish defender Sheila García. Born in 1997 in Yunquera de Henares, García has signed a contract with the club that extends until June 30, 2029. García began her football career with Club Deportivo Yunquera and
made her Primera División debut with Rayo Vallecano in 2016. Over five seasons with Rayo, she became known for her versatility on the right flank, which led to her first call-up to the Spanish national team in 2019. She participated in the UEFA Women’s Euro 2022. After 135 appearances and 20 goals for Rayo Vallecano, García moved to Atletico Madrid in 2021 and then to Real Madrid in 2024.
