The I-X Center in Cleveland, Ohio, is set to reopen for major consumer shows and events, reversing its previous closure. This revival is due to a new three-year lease agreement between Haslam Sports Group, owners of the Cleveland Browns, and the real
estate developers Industrial Realty Group and Industrial Commercial Properties, who control the I-X Center. The agreement covers approximately 530,000 square feet of event and meeting space within the 2.2 million-square-foot facility. This deal will bring back popular events such as the Cleveland Auto Show, the Great Big Home and Garden Show, and the Progressive Cleveland Boat Show, with the goal of hosting events through 2029.
