Chris Anne Affleck, the mother of actors Ben and Casey Affleck, has passed away at the age of 83. According to a death certificate obtained by Us Weekly, she died from cardiopulmonary arrest at Ben Affleck's Los Angeles residence. Contributing factors
included pancreatic adenocarcinoma, a condition she had been battling for several months. Chris Anne was visiting her son's home at the time of her death, which occurred on June 2. No autopsy was performed, and her remains were transported to Earth Funeral in Las Vegas. Chris Anne was a former teacher who graduated from Harvard University and taught public school children for over three decades before retiring in 2008.
