Brezdyn Simons, a senior quarterback and defensive end, is expected to play a pivotal role in leading the Flanagan-Cornell/Woodland (FCW) football team to its fourth consecutive Illinois 8-Man Football Association (I8FA) playoff appearance. Under the guidance
of new head coach Aaron Jackson, Simons is recognized for his leadership both on and off the field. Last season, he threw for 803 yards and eight touchdowns while rushing for 554 yards and 11 touchdowns.
