research, and the preparation of annual business plans and budgets. This analyst will also provide day-to-day oversight of property operations, coordinating with third-party operators and joint venture partners. A key responsibility is to develop and evaluate portfolio and property business plans aimed at enhancing performance, investment returns, and capital deployment. The position requires assisting the Acquisitions team with due diligence and the onboarding of new investments, as well as coordinating property dispositions and refinancing opportunities. Candidates are expected to have 1-2 years of direct real estate asset management experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Argus valuation software and Excel. The base pay for this role is between $70,000 and $80,000, supplemented by an annual cash bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits.
