Ionic Rare Earths (ASX:IXR), through its U.S. arm, has entered into a term sheet agreement with US Strategic Metals to establish a joint venture for developing a magnet recycling plant in Missouri. This proposed facility, estimated to cost around $100

This initiative is part of Ionic Rare Earths' broader strategy to reposition itself from a single-project explorer to a company involved in both heavy rare earth supply and magnet recycling.
