Voyager Technologies, a division of Voyager Space, is seeking a Workday Architect to lead the technical design, scalability, and long-term strategy of its Workday ecosystem. This role, reporting to the Sr. Director, Workforce Systems & Payroll, is responsible
for translating business requirements into sound technical architecture across various Workday modules, including Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, and related areas. The Workday Architect will design and govern the overall Workday architecture, encompassing business process frameworks, security models, tenant configuration, and the integration landscape. Key responsibilities include leading complex projects such as module implementations, mergers/acquisitions integrations, and major upgrades. The architect will also own the integration strategy between Workday and third-party systems, establish configuration standards, and serve as the top-level escalation point for complex configuration, integration, and data issues. This position offers the flexibility of remote work from any U.S. location.
