Ron Francis, a two-time Stanley Cup winner and Hall of Fame forward, has rejoined the Pittsburgh Penguins as a special advisor for hockey operations. Francis, who played eight of his 23 NHL seasons with the Penguins, was part of the team during their
back-to-back championship wins in 1990-91 and 1991-92. General Manager Kyle Dubas highlighted Francis's deep connection to Pittsburgh and his valuable experience in both playing and management roles. Prior to this role, Francis spent seven seasons with the Seattle Kraken, serving as their first general manager and later as president of hockey operations.
