The Newport Sea Base youth rowing team has won its third national championship at the USRowing Youth National Championships in Florida. The team, consisting of Parker Johnson, Troy Soltesz, Shayne Centra, Linus Depiereux, and coxswain Devyn Costello,
achieved victory in the men's youth 4+ category. This marks another successful year for the team, which previously won titles in 2022 and 2024. The team's success is attributed to rigorous training and strategic team selection, with coach James Long-Lerno expressing confidence in their performance.
