The project focuses on a series of structural trends extending 8 kilometers, characterized by kaolinite and illite alteration identified through airborne hyperspectral data. The host rocks are primarily Oligocene-aged ignimbrite tuffs, estimated to be between 23 and 27 million years old. A significant feature is the north-east-striking Cobra structural corridor, which is 2 kilometers long and exhibits characteristics of an upper-level epithermal mineral system, including silicification and the presence of opaline and chalcedonic silica. Reconnaissance rock sampling in this area has yielded gold values up to 0.95 grams per tonne (g/t), with anomalous gold values of 0.52 g/t found in a perpendicular structure. The Ant Hill Zone, further south, has shown preliminary rock sampling results with gold grades up to 0.4 g/t, mercury concentrations between 6 and 10 parts per million (ppm), and anomalous levels of silver (37 ppm), arsenic, and antimony.
