A historic motel in East Nashville has undergone a significant transformation, reopening as Salt Ranch, a boutique hotel and pool club. Located at 2914 Dickerson Pike, the 2.5-acre property features 48 open-air rooms, a pool club, and a restored Main
House. The site has a rich history, dating back to the 1824 Maple Manor and later operating as the Congress Inn motor inn until its closure in 2020. Nashville native and commercial real estate investor Tyler Cauble acquired the property in 2021 and partnered with Remington Hospitality for its management. Salt Ranch aims to blend the classic mid-century motor inn aesthetic with modern amenities, including a bar, library bodega, private event spaces, complimentary breakfast, and a 750-square-foot pool with a 7000-square-foot deck.
