Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, in collaboration with ODP Architecture and Design, has designed a new 53-story glass skyscraper in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood. The project, named OKO Lilli Tower, will be located at 717 NE 27th St. and will feature
117 luxury residences. Developers 700 Edgewater Development LLC and 720 NE Street Propco LLC are behind the multi-family residential tower, which will also include an 8-story garage structure with ground-floor retail space and 244 parking spaces. The Miami Urban Development Review Board has recommended approval for the project, with suggestions for additional trees and discussions with neighboring properties.
