The project is advancing from planning to the construction phase, with E2 providing preconstruction services, construction management, and design-build execution. The facility will focus on producing shelf-stable, plant- and dairy-based nutritional beverages using advanced Tetra Pak processing and packaging technologies. At full production, it is expected to manufacture over 100 million ready-to-drink beverage units annually, supporting Edible Garden's expansion into higher-margin nutrition categories.
