The University of Hawaii Maui College (UHMC) and Hawaiian Electric have successfully graduated the second cohort from their Maui Power Pathways Training Program. This 10-week workforce training initiative is designed to prepare local residents for careers
in the energy sector. The program, which expanded this year to include participants from Moloka'i and Lāna'i, offers hands-on training in areas such as electrical systems and power plant operations.
