The Easton Event Center, co-owned by Sanju and Renee Choudhury, is set to open in Palmer Park Mall in Palmer Township, Pennsylvania, with a soft opening anticipated before the end of August. The new venue aims to host a wide array of events, including

The center will provide amenities such as tables, chairs, bar and buffet areas, a stage, a dance floor, and an HD projector and screen. Sanju Choudhury identified a need for event centers in the Lehigh Valley that offer ample parking, a gap he intends to fill with this new establishment. The venue is located in the space previously occupied by SoldierFit, according to mall general manager Wendy Morales. A grand opening is expected in approximately three months.
