The club has since collaborated with various performance groups, including Take This! Comedy for an improv show and is contributing puppets to Town & Gown’s upcoming production of 'The Phantom Tollbooth.' Merritt emphasizes the importance of tension and focus in making puppets appear alive, noting that puppetry requires different blocking and set-building considerations compared to acting with human performers. The club aims to teach puppetry techniques and build puppets for those in need.
