ExplorUS, a leading national and state park concessionaire, has expanded its partnership with Roommaster to implement AI concierge services across more than 20 park destinations. This collaboration, which began in 2012, will now include the Roommaster Concierge,
an AI voice agent powered by Sadie AI, to enhance guest services. The AI concierge will handle guest inquiries and bookings 24/7, ensuring no call goes unanswered, especially during peak seasons or after hours when staff may be limited. This initiative aims to improve guest satisfaction by providing immediate responses to common questions and facilitating real-time room bookings.
