UFC and FoodStory Brands have officially launched 'Main Event,' a new performance nutrition brand featuring protein bars. This collaboration, co-owned by UFC and FoodStory Brands, involved an intensive 18-month development period with the UFC Performance
Institute (UFC PI). The bars were formulated with world-class nutritionists, performance experts, and PhDs, aiming to meet the rigorous demands of UFC athletes while also providing high-caliber performance nutrition to general consumers. The product line debuts with four flavors: Chocolate Crunch, Cookies & Cream, Peanut Butter Chocolate, and Caramel Chocolate Crisp. Each bar contains 20g of a premium protein blend, 5g of fiber, and only 3g of sugar, with no sugar alcohols or artificial sweeteners. Additionally, they include a functional performance blend of L-theanine for focus and tart cherry for muscle recovery. The initiative was developed and packaged by IMG Licensing.
