The hotel combines two distinct IHG brands, providing a variety of amenities and accommodations. The EVEN Hotel section includes 120 guest rooms with premium bedding and spa-like showers, along with food and beverage options available throughout the day. The Staybridge Suites section offers 168 guest rooms with fully equipped kitchens and separate living areas, catering to both short and extended stays. Shared amenities include a 1,500-square-foot Athletic Studio, a 24-hour marketplace, a game room, and a resort-style outdoor pool.
