of Fenwick & West's strategy to accommodate its growing presence in the city. The new lease, which includes an extension on the existing floors, spans 11 years. The expansion was facilitated by Koeppel Rosen LLC, with Max P. Koeppel representing the ownership and David M. Kleinhandler and Ken Rapp of CBRE representing the tenant.
