It also offers an optional AI Coach for plan design and feedback, which runs on the user's own server. The system is designed to be modern, offering passkey sign-in, offline support, and synchronization across multiple devices, while ensuring data remains within the user's control. It also includes features like body-weight tracking with goal lines, a library of 1,324 exercises with animated demos, and the ability to reschedule workouts. The application is available as a sideloadable Android APK and a self-hosted Progressive Web App (PWA) for iOS, emphasizing user ownership and data privacy.
