What's Happening?
The NHRA Summit Racing Series, presented by Hoosier Racing Tire, is significantly expanding its program for the 2026 season. This expansion includes a 50% increase in the number of E.T. Finals events, bringing the total to eleven across the United States
and Canada. The program will also increase the number of racers in each category to 16 and double the number of competitors at the world championship in Las Vegas. Additionally, NHRA is creating a $30,000 Hoosier Prize Pool, which will be distributed among the E.T. Finals winners and national champions who utilize Hoosier Tires. The world championship event is scheduled to take place from October 29 to November 1 as part of the NHRA Las Vegas Nationals at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Drivers in Super Pro, Pro, Sportsman, and Motorcycle categories will compete at NHRA member tracks throughout North America, with champions from the E.T. Finals and wild-card entries earning spots in the world championship.
