The ICEE Company, a leader in the frozen beverage industry and a subsidiary of J&J Snack Foods, is actively recruiting Service Technicians. These technicians will be responsible for servicing a wide range
of equipment, including frozen carbonated and non-carbonated dispensers, fountain beverage equipment, ice makers, and juice dispensers. The role requires individuals to work with minimal supervision, attend weekly meetings, and maintain high service standards for customers, partners, and team members. Successful candidates will be provided with a company vehicle, uniforms, tools, a cell phone, a tablet, and a gas card. The position emphasizes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, as well as managing inventory and maintaining equipment. Technicians are also expected to communicate effectively with customers and supervisors, document all work, and perform general warehouse duties.

Successful completion of this training is a prerequisite for continued employment, with potential reassignment or termination for those who do not meet the required standards. During the training period, technicians will receive regular hourly wages and applicable overtime. Candidates must also possess and maintain a valid REAL ID Driver’s License for travel purposes, as driving will constitute more than 40% of their responsibilities.
