Appian Corporation is offering a Software Engineering Internship program based at its headquarters in McLean, Virginia. The program is designed for students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Interns will
engage in real engineering work, contributing to Appian's AI-powered Process Automation platform. The internship emphasizes in-person collaboration, requiring interns to be in the office five days a week. Participants will gain hands-on experience in developing software, using AI tools, and learning systems thinking. The program is set to begin in Summer 2027, with applications being reviewed starting August 2026. Interns will receive a compensation of $50.00 per hour.
