Shannan Higgins has become a member of the Real Estate Practice Group at Snell & Wilmer, based in their Phoenix office. In her role, Higgins will provide counsel to clients on various commercial and residential real estate transactions. Her expertise
encompasses acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, financing arrangements, and leasing agreements. She will represent a diverse clientele, including real estate developers, purchasers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, across a wide array of property types throughout the United States. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Higgins served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Brown of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One. She earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Environmental Studies and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science from Seattle University.
