What's Happening?
Construction has begun on the Avondale Tech Center, a new 700,000-square-foot industrial campus located in the West Valley of Phoenix, Arizona. This three-building Class-A development is situated along Interstate 10 in a key manufacturing corridor. Creation,
a real estate development firm, partnered with a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital to initiate the project. The campus, spanning 38 acres, is designed to attract industries such as advanced manufacturing, research and development, pharmaceutical development, aerospace, semiconductor manufacturing, and defense contracting. Individual buildings will range from 212,184 to 254,264 square feet and will feature 36-foot clear heights, seven-inch unreinforced slab floors, and robust electrical capacities. The project also includes tenant amenities like outdoor gathering areas, a walking path, and pickleball courts. Construction is projected to conclude in the third quarter of 2027.
