Additionally, 75% of participants expressed concern over a small number of companies controlling much of the online information, while 81% emphasized the importance of keeping online information openly accessible. The survey also revealed that 75% of respondents prefer human customer service representatives over AI, and 56% believe they can distinguish between AI and human interactions.
