Kearney, a Chicago-headquartered management consulting firm, has officially appointed Martin Denman as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Denman had been serving as acting CFO since the passing of his predecessor, Laurent Guerard, in February. He
joined Kearney in 2017 as VP for global finance and brings over two decades of experience in finance, audit, and assurance. Before his tenure at Kearney, Denman held roles as global controller at ZS and supervisor in the assurance practice at RSM. He also spent two years as a project assistant at law firm Kirkland & Ellis. Denman holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago and is a certified public accountant in Illinois.
