Ubisoft has announced a new initiative allowing Xbox console owners to access PC versions of select games at no additional cost. This 'Xbox console-to-PC' program includes 13 titles such as Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Far Cry 6, and Watch Dogs Legion.
Starting today, digital purchases of these games on Xbox will include the PC version, with existing owners gaining access from August 4. However, the program does not extend PC purchases to Xbox versions, and in-game currencies and consumables will not transfer between platforms unless cross-progression is supported.
