What's Happening?
The Bulldog Aquatic Club concluded its 2026 long course season with notable achievements at the Louisiana Summer 15 & Over State Championship Swim Meet in Baton Rouge. The club secured an all-state performance, set a Louisiana state record, and finished
12th overall among 18 teams. J.J. Hoover led the team with all-state honors, winning state championships in the 100-yard and 200 butterfly events, and setting a state record in the 50 butterfly. The club's 200 mixed medley relay team also set a state record. The meet featured around 300 swimmers, with the Bulldog Aquatic Club placing sixth in the boys' standings and 13th in the girls'. Several swimmers achieved top-10 finishes, showcasing the team's depth and talent.
