The research highlights that 77% of decision-makers have delayed strategic initiatives due to a lack of team capacity. While digital worker adoption is accelerating, with two businesses investing for every one that isn't, only 5.7% of decision-makers fully trust AI to act autonomously, leading to a preference for human-in-the-loop models.
