People’s Air Cargo & Warehousing Co., Inc. (Paircargo) has released nearly 5 million kilograms of cargo from May to July 27, 2026, at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). Despite this progress, approximately 3 million kilograms of cargo remain pending.
The congestion at Paircargo's facility was exacerbated by the closure of the Philippine Skylanders International facility, leading to a surge in volume. Paircargo has implemented measures such as 24-hour releasing and additional warehouse space to address the backlog and improve cargo flow.
