its office space from 708 to 1821 square meters. This new location will also provide access to shared meeting and conference rooms, as well as a large communal canteen. Concurrently, Grant Thornton is acquiring Contabilia Administration ApS, a company founded in Nørresundby in 2001. Contabilia will be fully integrated into Grant Thornton, with all six of its employees joining the firm. This expansion is driven by an increasing demand for audit and advisory services, necessitating larger facilities to support continued growth. The move and acquisition will bring the total number of personnel at Grant Thornton's Aalborg office to 41, including three new hires starting September 1.
