What's Happening?
Quest Diagnostics has announced a new integration of its Haystack MRD ctDNA test and Comprehensive Genomic Profiling services for solid tumor cancers within OncoEMR, an electronic health record system from Flatiron Health. This integration is part of a pilot
program with the American Oncology Network (AON) and other community oncology providers. The initiative aims to streamline the ordering and reporting of complex molecular oncology tests, making it easier for clinicians to access critical testing insights. The integration will allow 4,700 clinicians across the Flatiron network to quickly access Quest's services, reducing administrative burdens and enabling more focus on patient care. The pilot program includes nearly 200 AON sites, with plans to expand nationwide later in the year.
