The body shop is operational, and the company is currently focusing on ensuring the quality of its 'body in white' vehicles, which are the structural frames before painting. The facility is also preparing to finalize its electrodeposition coating area, which is crucial for rust prevention. Additionally, Slate is integrating its bonding process and plans to move operations from its supplier in Howell, Michigan, to the Warsaw facility by the end of summer.
