units, heating systems, humidity control, large-capacity chillers, cooling towers, and steam generation and distribution. The supervisor will also be responsible for managing the campus Building Management System (BMS/BAS), ensuring accurate graphics, validated alarm paths, and reliable historian data. Key responsibilities include direct supervision of HVAC, Chiller Plant, Utilities Maintenance, and BMS leads, establishing shift coverage, setting daily and weekly priorities, and managing preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs. The position requires a minimum of six years of hands-on experience in HVAC, central chilled-water plants, and mechanical utilities, with at least three years in a supervisory capacity. Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, hospital, semiconductor, data-center, or other mission-critical/regulated environment is strongly preferred.
