The Artisanal Collective, a nonprofit organization based in the U.S. and France, has announced the launch of the AEMS (AI Empowerment & Market Access System) Living Heritage Lab. This initiative aims to provide a collaborative environment for artisans,
cultural heritage communities, and organizations within the cultural and creative economy. The Living Heritage Lab is designed to explore how AI-enabled infrastructure can support these groups by enhancing market access, sustainability, and cultural preservation. The initiative addresses the fragmented infrastructure that currently limits collaboration among artisans, governments, NGOs, universities, and cultural institutions.
