Hang Ten Systems, an AI startup founded by former Infosys CEO Vishal Sikka, has successfully raised an additional $53 million in seed funding. This new investment round closed just five weeks after the company's initial $32 million seed raise, bringing
its total funding to $85 million. The latest funding was led by Temasek’s early-stage investment platform Xora, with participation from existing investor Mayfield, as well as Aramco Ventures, Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan, Micron CEO Sanjay Mehrotra, and Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang. Founded four months ago, Hang Ten Systems focuses on advising large companies, typically those with over $10 billion in annual revenue, on AI strategy and assisting them in building and modernizing software. The startup emphasizes that AI is shifting software development from coding to defining requirements and validating system performance. Hang Ten is currently working with 21 major enterprises across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, securing multiple seven-figure contracts and pursuing eight-figure deals.
