Bhartiya Converge, the Global Capability Centre (GCC) enablement platform of Bhartiya Urban, has announced the appointment of Eric Pagdiwalla as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, Pagdiwalla will be responsible for leading the company’s
consulting, operation strategy, and customer success initiatives. His primary objective will be to strengthen execution capabilities and scale Bhartiya Converge's integrated GCC enablement model as the business enters a new growth phase. Pagdiwalla brings over 25 years of experience in GCCs, global business services, transformation, outsourcing, client management, and operating-model development. He joins Bhartiya Converge from Persistent Systems, where he served as Senior Vice President and Head of GCC Practice. Prior to that, he held leadership positions at ANSR, including Managing Director – Client Success and Vice President – Service Delivery, and was an Associate Vice President – Transformation at Ascena Retail Group. Earlier in his career, Pagdiwalla spent over 13 years with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, holding various leadership roles across digital selling, marketing business services, global business services, process improvement, account management, and outsourcing strategy.
