Chinese semiconductor stocks, including Cambricon Technologies, Moore Threads, and Hua Hong Semiconductor, experienced a surge on Tuesday after Beijing unveiled a five-year plan aimed at bolstering the country's electronic manufacturing supply chain and accelerating
