jump from their preseason No. 4 ranking comes after an impressive 4-0 start to the regular season, which included three victories against ranked opponents. The team garnered 1,510 total voting points and received six first-place votes. Nebraska maintained its position as the No. 1 team with 1,569 points and the remaining 57 first-place votes. Pitt's early season success includes wins over No. 3 Kentucky and No. 5 Wisconsin, demonstrating their strong performance against top-tier competition. This marks the 136th consecutive week that Pitt has been ranked in the AVCA Top 25 poll, a streak that began at the start of the 2018 season.
