Specifically, organizations where HR leads or co-leads AI implementation are four times more likely to describe their workforce as AI-ready compared to those where IT leads alone. The study emphasizes that AI readiness is not just a technological challenge but also a workforce transformation challenge, requiring clear expectations, responsible governance, and skill development.
