to a minimum annual supply through December 31, 2031. Lumentum will make an initial deposit of $43.5 million, followed by a second deposit of the same amount in 2028. These deposits will be applied as shipment credits. This partnership positions AXT as a key supplier for Lumentum's indium phosphide needs, supporting various high-performance applications.
