He has a track record of advising on over 225 transactions across various industries, including software, media and technology, business services, home services, franchisors and franchisees, manufacturing and distribution, and retail and consumer products. His expertise encompasses quality of earnings analyses, working capital analysis and target determination, carve-outs, and the analysis of key performance indicators and synergies. Before joining CohnReznick, DaCanal served as a director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at another national professional services firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina with Florida reciprocity and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
