Arctos, RVX Ventures, and Magellan Development Group have announced a partnership to create a national sports-anchored development platform. The inaugural project, Neyland Entertainment District, will be located adjacent to the University of Tennessee's
Neyland Stadium. This mixed-use development will include entertainment spaces, a hotel, residences, and a private members club. The project aims to enhance the gameday experience and serve as a year-round destination for the Knoxville community. Arctos, as the majority equity investor, collaborates with RVX and Magellan to leverage their expertise in real estate and entertainment.
