What's Happening?
AOK PLUS is hosting free paddleboard yoga sessions at scenic lakes in Saxony and Thuringia during two summer weekends. These events, known as SUP-Erlebnistage, are designed to promote a healthier lifestyle by combining stand-up paddling (SUP) with yoga.
Participants can choose from various courses, including SUP for beginners, advanced paddlers, and SUP yoga. The initiative aims to provide a unique experience of balance and relaxation on the water, with the added benefit of being completely free of charge. The events are open to anyone over the age of 18, regardless of their insurance provider.
