The production is being mounted on a massive budget of over ₹500 crore, making it one of the most expensive historical dramas in Indian cinema. The first chapter is scheduled for release in 2028, followed by the second in 2029. Director Sandeep Singh plans to shoot significant portions in Maharashtra to authentically depict the Maratha kingdom.
