What's Happening?
Mercy Corps, an international humanitarian organization, has launched the BLOOM (Building Livelihoods and Opportunities for Optimised Markets) grant program. This initiative is designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that contribute
to local economies, create jobs, and focus on social impact and inclusiveness. The program, implemented by West Ukraine Digital, aims to assist SMEs in achieving commercial sustainability while generating positive social or environmental impacts. The grant offers up to $30,000 in funding and is open to businesses in several regions, including Dnipropetrovska, Chernihivska, Kharkivska, Khersonska, and Mykolayivska. Applications are evaluated based on the quality of the business idea and the applicant's capacity to implement the proposed project.
