The Tyler Consolidated High School (TCHS) Silver Knights marching band achieved significant success at two recent competitions in Parkersburg. The band was named Grand Champions at the Parkersburg South Patriot Invitational and subsequently secured the title
of Runner-Up Grand Champions at the Parkersburg High School Big Red Band Invitational. In addition to these overall accolades, the Silver Knights earned several individual honors, including third place in color guard, and awards for Outstanding Overall Effect, Outstanding Visual, and Outstanding Music. Soloist Gabe Gist was recognized as the Outstanding Soloist, and Olivia Roberts received the highest score of the evening as first-place field commander. The drumline also performed strongly, securing second place.
