MassMutual has announced the appointment of Mo McNally as the new head of Community Responsibility and President and CEO of the MassMutual Foundation, effective January 1, 2027. McNally will succeed Dennis Duquette, who is set to retire at the end of this
year after a decade in the role. McNally, who currently serves as head of Community Engagement and Systems and vice president of the MassMutual Foundation, will expand her responsibilities to guide the company's corporate social responsibility strategy, oversee employee volunteer and giving efforts, and manage the MassMutual Foundation's administration and grantmaking activities. She will report to Meghan Doscher, MassMutual’s head of Brand and Marketing. Duquette, who rejoined MassMutual in 2016, has been instrumental in establishing initiatives such as Live Mutual Week, an annual employee volunteer program, and has overseen the MassMutual Foundation's grant strategy, which has distributed over $230 million to the community in the last ten years.
